You know what’s wild?
Some of my best moments have shown up right after I’ve completely dropped the ball.
There’s something liberating about realizing that perfection isn’t the goal — resilience is.
I’ve learned that being “flawed” doesn’t disqualify us…
It actually qualifies us to lead with empathy, humor, and grit.
So today, I’m raising a coffee mug (because it’s too early for anything stronger… or is it?) to the glorious mess of showing up anyway.
Here’s to those of us who:
✔ Miss deadlines but never miss an opportunity to make things right
✔ Forget details but never forget kindness
✔ Stumble sometimes but always get back up
The fierce ones aren’t flawless — they’re willing to keep going, cracked edges and all.
💭 Reflection prompt:
Where have your flaws taught you more than your successes this week?
What small stumble actually strengthened you?
You’re doing better than you think. Keep going — flaws and all.
