Some weeks, my mind feels like a messy desk. Stacks of âwhat-ifs,â a few forgotten âshould-haves,â and that one âwhy-did-I-say-thatâ sticky note that just wonât let go.
But hereâs what Iâve learned:
We donât need to clear the whole desk to find peace.
Sometimes, itâs enough to pick up one thought, set it gently aside, and breathe.
Midweek is the perfect time to pauseânot because everythingâs calm (it rarely is)âbut because stopping for a moment reminds us that weâre still steering the ship.
So today, give yourself permission to:
đ Let one spinning thought slow down
đď¸ Toss out a mental âshouldâ you donât need
⨠Notice one small thing thatâs actually going right
Because leading wellâwhether itâs a team, a family, or yourselfâstarts with tending to your own inner space.
