Midweek often feels like standing at the halfway mark of a long bridge. You can see how far you’ve come… and how far there still is to go.

Instead of rushing across, try stopping right in the middle. Look around. Notice what’s working, what’s heavy, and what you can simply set down.

Sometimes the most powerful move isn’t adding another step, it’s choosing which steps you don’t need to take.

Today’s invitation: Ask yourself, “What can I release so I can travel lighter into the rest of this week?”

Because wisdom isn’t always about pushing forward. Sometimes, it’s about daring to walk softer.
