This week reminded me that energy is not endless, and leadership doesn’t mean pushing past empty. I wasn’t feeling 100%, and instead of hiding it, I honored it. I led with presence where I could, and permission to pause where I couldn’t. Turns out, reflection isn’t just about what you did; it’s about what you chose not to do when you needed space.
