I’m currently seeking writers for my publication, The Human Side of Leadership: Where Leadership Meets Real Life. I’m looking for authentic, relatable stories that go beyond polished titles and perfect resumes. I want the real moments behind leadership. The lessons learned through failure, burnout, resilience, difficult conversations, self-doubt, growth, compassion, and the everyday realities of leading people while still being human.
If you have a story about leadership that is heartfelt, honest, and grounded in real life, I would love to hear from you. Whether you lead in healthcare, education, business, nonprofits, entrepreneurship, or simply through the way you show up for others, your voice matters here. Submission Guidelines
-Original, authentic writing only
-Preferred length: 600–1200 words
-Real, relatable, human-centered stories
-Submit all pieces as drafts
-Include image sources with submissions
-No AI-generated, ghostwritten, or overly promotional content
-Respectful perspectives and thoughtful dialogue are encouraged
-Open to leadership stories from all industries and walks of life
